NeuroCheck is a powerful, universal application software for industrial machine vision. Nevertheless, there are always situations in which certain functional extensions make it easier to adapt the software to specific requirements. Therefore, we provide additional licenses, plug-ins, special data format converters, special hardware drivers and other special modules to extend the standard product NeuroCheck version 6.2.

- Please note that a NeuroCheck 6.2 Premium Edition is required to create a test program with plug-ins.

NCRoboDirector
Please note: For communication with the NeuroCheck 6.2 software, the driver NcFb.InterComm.NET must be installed.
This program enables the control of a robot from Universal Robots (UR3/5/10).
Functionality:

Contour Matching
Plug-in with a contour-based search algorithm that finds patterns (templates) in the image based on the external library MIL 10.0.

Lens Focus Control
Plug-in for the dynamic control of the focus value of an Optotune liquid lens
Halcon Wrapper
With the help of this plug-in HDevelop programs can be executed for the external HALCON library. For this NeuroCheck objects from the data storage and register values can be used.
InterComm
This driver extension offers the possibility of communication between several NeuroCheck instances on one computer or over the network. This can be used for a master + slave system, multi-instance handshaking or for communication without additional hardware.

If you want to communicate with this driver extension between several computers, each participating NeuroCheck license must be licensed separately.

- The data format converter software extensions listed in this section are each licensed for one-time use on one computer and are therefore linked to the respective NeuroCheck license.
- At least one NeuroCheck 6.2 Professional Edition is required to configure data format converters.
OPC UA Daten Format Konverter
This NeuroCheck 6.2 data format converter acts as an OPC UA client and enables the transfer of data between NeuroCheck and an OPC UA server.
Daten Format Konverter – NcFmtCnv.NeuroCheck.CustomFile
This NeuroCheck 6.2 Data Format Converter writes data in a custom format to a text file (e.g., txt, xml, or html). The format is defined using a template with placeholders.
Daten Format Konverter – NcFmtCnv.NeuroCheck.DatabaseStandard
This NeuroCheck 6.2 Data Format Converter enables the connection and exchange of data with common local databases using SQL commands.
Daten Format Konverter – NcFmtCnv.NeuroCheck.FieldbusFlowControl
This NeuroCheck 6.2 data format converter contains a higher-level sequence control and makes it possible to run a defined sequence of inspection programs after a single start signal from a fieldbus device.
Daten Format Konverter – NcFmtCnv.NeuroCheck.SerialFlowControl
This NeuroCheck 6.2 data format converter contains a higher-level sequence control and enables a defined sequence of test programs to be run by a serial device (RS232, TCP / IP) after a single start signal.
