Between March 20 and 22, 2019, for the first time, NeuroCheck GmbH exhibited together with our Chinese system partner Intellisight Suzhou at the joint VDMA booth at VISION China Shanghai. Part of the LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA is the VISION China Shanghai, a yearly trade fair for industrial vision and applications in Shanghai (China, PR).
The main focus was on the newly released Chinese edition of NeuroCheck 6.2 with the aim of establishing the image processing software long-term in the Chinese market.
Local camera manufacturers showed great interest in the NeuroCheck VISION software platform. In order to be able to offer products to companies using in-line quality control systems, Chinese camera manufacturers need software offering the required process interfaces such as Profinet, Profibus, EtherCAT or OPC UA.
Our new strategic orientation to use the NeuroCheck platform as inference environment for various deep learning applications was also greeted with great enthusiasm. “We are very happy with the VISION China Shanghai and the smooth cooperation with the VDMA,” Dirk Zinnäcker, managing director of NeuroCheck GmbH, summed up the experience. “The trade fair was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas with both existing and new customers.”
This year, 170 companies used the 10,000 square meters to exhibit at the China VISION. Visitors were able to gather comprehensive information concerning new products and currents industry topics.
