Strategic partnership closed
The Chinese systems house Intellisight (Suzhou) Vision System Co. Ltd and the industry expert for industrial vision, NeuroCheck GmbH, will be working together even closer in the future. Both companies have agreed to a strategic partnership with the aim of offering turn-key system solutions for industrial vision to potential customers in China.
In step with the business operation, the partnership of the companies has been growing continuously over the past years. Resources have been shared, knowledge has been transformed, and initial projects expedited. The goal of this strategic partnership is the strengthening and the expansion of activities in the international market of industrial vision. For this, growth in the Chinese market will be pushed by utilizing and expanding existing distribution networks. Both companies want to pool and concentrate their resources to implement NeuroCheck solutions developed together in China. This will further our common competitive position.
After an intensive knowledge transfer and subsequent training by the NeuroCheck engineering team, Intellisight was awarded status as certified NeuroCheck system partner offering the following service portfolio:
- Distribution of NeuroCheck software licenses
- Distribution of NeuroCheck-certified hardware components (PCs, cameras, IO and communication interfaces, illumination control)
- Support for NeuroCheck software and hardware
- Application consulting
- NeuroCheck software and system training
- Implementation of customer-specific project solutions including robot-controlled cameras based on NeuroCheck RoboInspector
- Maintenance, service and extension of customer-specific NeuroCheck solutions
This co-operation of Intellisight and NeuroCheck gives both a chance to establish themselves solidly in the Chinese market offering their customers turn-key systems for all application areas of industrial vision.
