NeuroCheck GmbH announces the release of the new, fully revised version 6.0 of the NeuroCheck application software for industrial vision systems. NeuroCheck 6.0 utilises the modern Microsoft .NET framework to provide a modern platform for machine vision integration. All in all more than 2,000 suggestions from our customers and business partners were collected, systematically evaluated, and implemented in the new software version. The image processing algorithms now support all common color formats and utilize the power of modern multicore CPUs. In terms of usability, NeuroCheck version 6.0 sets new standards as well. Even complex inspection tasks involving several cameras can be created interactively and configured within minutes. The user interface and visualization of automatic inspection processes can be freely designed and adapted to the customer's specific requirements. A number of integrated communication interfaces guarantee quick and flexible integration into networked manufacturing environments. The software also includes powerful software interfaces to enable customers to extend the available software options as required. NeuroCheck 6.0 runs under Windows® XP and Windows® Vista®. Currently the software is available in an English and a German version. Our philosophy to further develop proven functionality with the help of thorough discussions with our customers and to introduce new, innovative features has met with general approval during the extensive Beta test program. The development of the new software version has surely been the most ambitious project in the company history. We are convinced that we have made the right strategical decision at the project start in the year 2004 because present studies show that since then more than 80% of software projects are developed using the .NET framework. Due to its new technical possibilities and its outstanding user-friendliness, version 6.0 will open vast new markets to our customers. |
